Spring is officially here! Spring service starts in April. Please respond promptly to assist scheduling difficulties.
Air conditioning contracts are already being booked. Call now to avoid delays.
Check / replace air filters, clean outdoor air-conditioning coils, clean and test dehumidifier, turn off humidifiers. Turn on power to outdoor air conditioning units by May 1st. (to activate crank case heaters)

Furnaces - York modulating Gas furnace is 95% efficient. If your gas furnace vents up the chimney, efficiency could be as low as 60%.
Allergies: Aprilaire high efficiency air cleaners will help. High humidity whole house dehumidifiers in conjunction with air conditioning will solve that problem.
Mold and mildew: Ultra violet treatment systems zap air borne particles and mold that can thrive in duct systems and on cooling coils.
Do not have ductwork? Ductless split air conditioning systems are a great solution.
